This newer Red Robin had about the friendliest, most attentive customer service I have seen in ages. Our server checked on us constantly, even with a huge party also requiring attention nearby, and we also had two managers stop by to see if we needed anything.
In terms of food, it was standard Red Robin fare. Good, filling, nothing to rave about. The menu was large and diverse enough that all 6 in our party, from seniors to kid, could find something. I had the Avo-Cobb-o salad; everything was fresh, but the chicken portion was small and flavorless and the chopped iceberg base was fairly bland. My husband had the chicken Caesar salad and had much the same reaction; okay but bland, not a lot of meat. Our son had the kid macaroni and cheese with chips, and especially liked the chips.
When visiting again from Arizona, I wouldn't mind a return here, just for the nice service staff and the broad menu. -

Really slow service, understaffed and in organized. Food is good once you finally get it, staff is nice just not managed well. Won't come back.

This was only my second Red Robin experience. I have to say that both location I have been to have a friendly atmosphere and most of the staff are welcoming and friendly also.
So since I am on a diet and have to forgo most of my carbs! (No endless fries!)
I ordered the smoke and pepper burger with no bun. I also added some caramelizes onions on top for some extra flavor! The burger it's self (ordered some pink) was well done. But had descent flavor. The I enjoyed my no bun burger enough to say I will go back again. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. Over all it was a good experience. -

1st time trying Red Robin and hate that I've missed out all this time.
Great atmosphere inside. It was a busy Saturday lunch rush and we got seated right away. The service was lacking for starters, our waitress was definitely not cutting it. It took almost as long just to get our drinks as it did our entrees.
I got the Whiskey River BBQ Burger and it was definitely in my top 5 burgers I've ever had. Endless fries were awesome except they're stingy as hell when they first bring them out. I was in a party of 3 and the basket she brought us had maybe 10 fries in it. We all looked at eachother like what the hell, did they run out of fries?
As soon as our meals came out I asked for a side of honey mustard. On her way to get it, another customer complained about the wellness of his burger or lack thereof. After that, we became completely invisible. She completely forgot my honey mustard.
Overall our visit was pretty good. Hopefully next time we'll get someone on top of their game. -

Customer service is amazing! Kind, thorough and accurate! Fries were crisp hot and fresh and we never had to ask for refills of anything! They worked together as a team and food was fresh! I would recommend this location!
